We take the design and create a wax model, the exact mold used to cast your custom jewelry piece so you can see how all the details will come together.
Once you have approved the cast design, the ring moves onto its final production!

Yes. Currently, the two most reliable grading labs are GIA and AGS.
We recommend our customers to buy GIA certified diamonds to ensure quality and peace of mind in their purchases. GIA (which stands for Gemological Institute of America) isa non profit organization that is focused on education whether its for the consumer or for the jeweler.
AGS, or American Gemological Society, is also considered a high quality certification and draws similarities with the GIA. While their process is scientific in nature like the GIA, their diamond grades tend to be slightly looser. This means that a diamond may vary by 1 or 2 grades.
When in doubt, ask ! We love to educate.
Yes we do. All of our custom jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty. However, we still suggest each client gets their center diamond insured separately. Your center stone is your most valuable investment and insurance can cover things that a warranty cannot. Let us help you find a great company to get insured with!

We sure do! We currently offer in-house financing through Synchrony, allowing you to pay installments towards your dream ring! It is easy and straight forward to get approved.

Yes we do! Over the years the value of your jewelry can fluctuate greatly. That means you risk a substantial financial loss if your jewelry is lost, stolen or damaged. For a small fee we can inspect and verify the value of your jewelry, diamonds and/or gemstones so that you can rest assure your jewelry is insured. Our appraisals can take anywhere from 3-5 days.
