I HAVE A FAMILY STONE. CAN YOU USE IT?
Absolutely! We love integrating heirloom stones into our designs.
ARE SOME DIAMOND CERTIFICATIONS BETTER THAN OTHERS?
Yes. Currently, the two most reliable grading labs are GIA and AGS.
We recommend our customers to buy GIA certified diamonds to ensure quality and peace of mind in their purchases. GIA (which stands for Gemological Institute of America) isa non profit organization that is focused on education whether its for the consumer or for the jeweler.
AGS, or American Gemological Society, is also considered a high quality certification and draws similarities with the GIA. While their process is scientific in nature like the GIA, their diamond grades tend to be slightly looser. This means that a diamond may vary by 1 or 2 grades.
When in doubt, ask ! We love to educate.
DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
Yes we do. All of our custom jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty. However, we still suggest each client gets their center diamond insured separately. Your center stone is your most valuable investment and insurance can cover things that a warranty cannot. Let us help you find a great company to get insured with!
CAN YOU WORK WITH MY BUDGET?
We welcome all and any budgets. Our mission is to design something that is perfect for you and reflects your style and needs.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?
We sure do! We currently offer in-house financing through Synchrony, allowing you to pay installments towards your dream ring! It is easy and straight forward to get approved.
ARE THERE ANY METAL OR STONES YOU DO NOT WORK WITH?
We work with all gold, white gold, rose gold, platinum, silver, and rhodium. We also work with all stones and love designing one-of-a-kind pieces.

SHOULD I BUY A DIAMOND ONLINE?
These days we are able to buy just about anything online; and save so why not purchase your diamond there too?
With Finer Jewelry you CAN have your cake and eat it too! We are able to offer the most competitive pricing in the industry by keeping our overhead costs low; but what does that mean for you as the client? We do the work by connecting with the largest diamond suppliers in the world, creating original custom jewelry pieces and then passing those savings on to you!
DO YOU OFFER APPRAISAL SERVICES?
Yes we do! Over the years the value of your jewelry can fluctuate greatly. That means you risk a substantial financial loss if your jewelry is lost, stolen or damaged. For a small fee we can inspect and verify the value of your jewelry, diamonds and/or gemstones so that you can rest assure your jewelry is insured. Our appraisals can take anywhere from 3-5 days.
